How to book your trip with Mediterranean Sea Cruises?
There are several different ways to book your day cruise to Symi or Lindos with Mediterranean Sea Cruises.

What payment options do you accept?
Payment should be made in full using a bank or credit card via our website. Alternatively, you can pay at the kiosk in Mandraki Harbour, where we can accept cash as well as card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Passengers have the right to cancel their trip and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before departure. Mediterranean Sea Cruises reserves the right to cancel a cruise due to bad weather. In this situation, passengers will either receive a full refund or we will agree a new date for the cruise in consultation with you.
Why do you need the names and photo ID of all passengers?
We are required by law to provide a manifest to the port authorities before each departure, stating the full names of all passengers on board. This also enables us to provide insurance coverage to all our guests while on board our boat.
Is the information I provide secure?
Rest assured we take privacy very seriously and will never share your personal details with any third party.
Preparing for Your Trip
Is transportation to the meeting point included?
Yes, we offer free transfers to all passengers on our Rhodes daily cruises to Symi or Lindos. If you’ve requested a transfer, we’ll collect you from your hotel between 8am and 9am and transport you to the meeting point. At the end of the cruise, we will then return you to your hotel.
Where is the meeting point?
The trip begins from Mandraki Harbour in Rhodes Town, where our boat, Doll, is moored.
What time should I be on the boat?
All passengers must arrive at the meeting point by 9.30am, so we can ensure we have all the paperwork correct for the Rhodes Port Authority in preparation for our 10am departure.
What should I bring with me?
We’ve tried to think of everything you need to have a fun and safe trip. However, you may wish to bring the following with you:
- Sunscreen, sunglasses and a sunhat
- Swimsuit, towel and flip flops
- Your mobile phone and/or a camera for pictures
- Enough money for food, drink and shopping
- You may need a light jacket depending on the weather, especially if travelling with us early or late in the season.

What is included in the price?
The price of our Rhodes daily cruise to Symi or Lindos includes free transport between your hotel and Mandraki Harbour before and after the cruise. Use of our snorkelling equipment is also included, and the price includes 90 minutes of swimming and snorkelling in a beautiful bay, as well as a three-hour stop so you can explore Symi or Lindos.
What is available to purchase on the boat?
Our beautiful boat, Doll, has a full bar where you can purchase a variety of cold drinks, cocktails, coffee and tea. We also offer light snacks and ice cream on board.
Do you have Wi-Fi on board?
Yes, our boat, Doll, has on-board Wi-Fi throughout – so you can upload your pictures to social media and make your friends envious of your Rhodes sea cruise to Symi or Lindos!
How safe are your Rhodes daily cruises?
The safety and wellbeing of our passengers, boat and crew is our utmost priority. Our boat undergoes regular inspections and maintenance to ensure it meets the highest safety standards. We give safety briefings at the start of each cruise, and Doll is equipped with lifejackets for all guests and carries nine life rafts with a capacity of 25 people each. Plus, our captain and crew are highly experienced with an intimate knowledge of the waters around Rhodes.
